Its been awhile since I have written a blog.
Iver the summer I lost ten pounds so I'm down to 120.
But I have not toned up yet.
Thats my goal for the next 4 months.
In August, I'm going down the beach for a week so I have to be bathing suit ready.
My first day of working out will be Feb. 1, My Birthday!!
This is the year that I get my body back in shape.
