Week One

Its been a week since I had soda.
I'm telling ya; I feel so much better.

Today I stopped eating chocolate.
I'm doing good so far but I believe that chocolate is my biggest weakness.

In June, I am running in the warrior dash which is has military obstacles and a big mud pit at the end.
I have about 3 months to train for it.
I wanted to beat my brother and his friends in the race.
My goal by then is to be able to run a 24 minute 3 mile.

Pouring on the pounds!





I have 137 days until August 3. This is the last day of summer camp.I want to be in great shape by then. I weigh 120 pounds now but I would like to be 115 pounds and gain muscle and get lean.

I am first going to start walking twice a day for 45 minutes each. I am going to work on push ups, abs, and pull ups. I also want to work on my flexibility. I am going to do this for the first 37 days.

I am going to stop drinking soda which has become a big issue of mine. Also I want to work on eating healthier and getting my parents involved. I am sick of being tired and sluggish all the time.

Its time to change!!

Finally!!

So I'm finally gonna start working out on Monday because I was able to catch up on all my HW during spring break.

I have less then 5 months to get in shape.
I'm going to the beach during the 2nd week of August.
So times a ticking!!

If anyone wants to help me stay on track, just let me know!!
